Description :
Eyebright has an anti-inflammatory action combined with astringent properties which make it a powerful treatment for congestive illnesses; such as, nasal catarrh and sinusitis. It is also used in treating eye conditions such as chronic or acute inflammations, stinging and weeping eyes and over sensitivity to light. Eyebright has been known to relieve intra-ocular pressure and diminish shrinking of the optic nerve in the early stages of glaucoma.
